Holiday Vegg Nog

Makes 12 half cup servings

6 cups Nature’s Promise Organic Soymilk (Vanilla)
4 Tablespoons Domino Organic Blue Agave
2-4 teaspoons The Vegg Vegan Egg Yolk
(2 tsp for subtle egginess up to 4 tsp for strong eggy taste)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Put all ingredients in blender (splash of Bourbon optional), then add The Vegg and blend 30-60 seconds. Add some extra cinnamon on top of each glass and serve immediately. (Note it may require reblending if left to stand a couple of hours.)
