    This product is amazing! If you are a vegan who thought they’d never experience, say, toasty soldiers, again, or Eggs in a Basket, or even custard, quiche, anything eggy, this will be an exciting surprise. It’s blown me away in every way I’ve used it. Also pretty epic just scrambled with tofu. Don’t be intimidated by all the fancy things you can do with it (in the cookbook – spheres! etc). It’s pretty idiot proof in its basic form but also sky’s the limit on experimenting. Waaaaay superior to the FYH egg product (and I do love FYH but it’s true). Best vegan egg.
