We only accept returns in the case of damaged goods. If you receive a damaged item, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery so that we can begin the claims process with our carriers. Do not discard the damaged items until you have contacted us. The carrier may require photo evidence or that the damaged items be returned.
You are responsible for our actual shipping costs (both ways) if an item is unclaimed, refused (for reasons other than damage) or is incorrectly addressed and is then returned to us. Orders returned for these reasons are refunded less actual shipping costs. Please be sure that your address is correct and is deliverable via FedEx or USPS.
